VSI is offering an opportunity to seasonally lease to own a limited number of our 2020 units, from 110 gallon sidewalk unit all the way up to a 1600 gallon truck unit or Brine Maker. We have 30 total units available for this pilot program and it is first come first serve. This program is not a loan and thus does not require a credit pull or loan filing.
Lease to Own- This program offers a 18 month (2 snow season, 1 off season) commitment. Program starts Dec 1, 2020 and during the season you will make monthly payments as shown below. Once the off season begins (May 1) your payments will reduce to an off season rate which is 1/3rd of the in season rate. On Nov 1, 2021 your in season rates as shown below will again apply.
After your final payment is made on April 1, 2022, you then can officially own the unit for a small buyout payment, or you can return it.
Buyout payment on a 110lp or Sidewalk Slayer is $350, $650 on a 305LP, Automated Power Bundle, 500 ASM and 750 ASM, and $950 on a 1000 ASM, 1600 ASM or a Brine Maker. If you buyout early, the amount due is the sum of remaining payments minus 10% and the final buyout payment will be waived. (only if buyout is before Jan 1 2022, if after, then buyout equals remaining payments plus buyout amount)

Terms and Conditions
First come first serve, no exceptions. We will do our best to accommodate, but we have a limited number of units for this program so whoever finishes paperwork and makes payment first is who will lock in their desired unit(s).
Lessee must fill out a credit app (in house with VSI, not a bank) in order to have information on file before initiating a rental agreement. The link to fill out the application is here: https://app.resolvepay.com/vsi/apply/
No social security # is required, just a business bureau check that will not show up on any record or credit report.
Except in extreme cases of public debt, bankruptcy or recent tax liens, you will be approved. Be sure to enter the total sum of monthly payments as your desired credit limit.
Lessee must carry renters insurance and list VSI as loss payee on leased equipment until it is returned or paid off.
Lessee must put a credit card on file and pay first months rent before picking up the rental/leased unit. This card will be set on autopay for the 1st of each month.
If monthly payment is declined, the machine will be remotely deactivated until payment is made unless previously arranged.
All pricing is FOB Le Center, Minnesota, USA. Reviving party will be responsible to pick up unit or pay for transport to their location.
